Reconditioning Process
- Complete cleaning of drill bits.
- Sharpened to your specifications. (Otherwise we use NAS 907.
- Split to your specifications. (Otherwise we use NAS 907.
- Cutting oils removed and drills passed through a demagnetizer.
- All drills are completely sorted and labeled by size when returned. If required, your part number can also be printed on the label.
- All drills are inspected for quality after sharpening and splitting, and at packaging.
Technical Support
It is important to match the drill to the material, and to operate with proper feeds and speeds. This will significantly increase tool life, and we can assist in this area.
Turnaround Time
This can vary due to shop load, but our normal in-house turnaround time is 10 working days.
